Housing Programs
Harts Hill is a state development with 116 one bedroom units of elderly/disabled housing. Lincoln School has 10 one bedroom units of elderly/ disabled housing and three units of congregate housing for 15 clients. Crystal View is our federal building with 40 one bedroom units of elderly/disabled housing. We also manage Harts Hill Heights, which has 22 units of supportive elderly housing.
38-40 Harts Hill Road is a state 689 program providing residential facilities for 9 clients of the Department of Developmental Services.
We have 41 units in the Department of Mental Health Rental Assistance (DMHRA).
Section 8-Housing Choice Vouchers provide subsidies for privately leased housing. We manage 374 HUD funded vouchers.
Our family housing consists of 8 two bedroom units funded by DHCD.
This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.
For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
