Yes and No, the part I don't like is the front door to your apartment is a glass window on the door making it too easy for someone to break in your apartment.

No, some questions on application are too personal, it's hard to find good doctors in this area, apartments are too small

I say no also, there is not a diverse background in this community so any outsiders are not welcomed. It is a town where everyone knows everyone and knows everything about you like in any small town.

Yes and No. I say if you're not in pretty good health then no it's a rual area Madawaska and the nearest hospital is in Fort Kent, ME which is about a 20-30 minute ride by car. Yes, if you're in pretty good health, it's a nice neighbour hood, the people are nice, if you want to visit Canada it's only a 5 minute walk. As far as what the person below said it about it not being diverse that is not correct at the same time the population is low however you have Americans, French Canadians, Native Americans and for the most part the people are friendly. The reason why the town has remained with such a low population is because the citizens in the area need to become more active to demand better by their elected leaders in office to encourage people with more money to want to move and invest in northern Maine.
