Woodside Heights, a non-smoking facility, is a 70 one-bedroom apartment community for residents age 62 and older. Eight of the 70 apartments are adapted for persons with disabilities. Woodside is located in the beautiful Town of Middlebury, it is close to two major hospitals and has easy access to shopping.
All apartments are approximately 550 square-feet.
All residents must meet income restrictions as established by the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rent is 30% of monthly adjusted household income and includes all utilities except telephone, cable TV and air conditioning.
Woodside Heights is owned by the non-profit Middlebury Senior Housing Associates, Incorporated and managed by Elderly Housing Management, Inc.
This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.
For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
