There are two units that are fully accessible for persons with disabilities and the common areas of the building are also accessible. Services and amenities at this site including the following: air conditioning, central mail delivery, social activities, garbage and recycling collection indoors, emergency cords in apartment bedrooms and bathroom, cable hook-ups in each apartment.
The facility is owned by Stamford Cross Road Residences, Inc., a non-profit organization and is sponsored by New Samaritan Corporation.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
