 The complex consists of 150 one-bedroom apartments with 28 units specially adapted to make them accessible to persons with mobility impairments.

Each apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen.

 Each unit of the building is designed for the senior tenant, equipped with grab bars in the bathrooms and a call-bell for immediate response from the main office in the event of an emergency.
