New Community Senior Citizens aka The Associates is a 15-story building and NCC's first high-rise development. It has two new elevators, carpeted hallways, intercom/CCTV system, laundry, on-site parking, on-site social worker and 24-Hr. security.  New Community Senior Citizens provides affordable housing to Seniors. The rent is subsidized by the government for those who qualify. They charge lower rent for low income persons.
