Acacia-Lumberton Manor offers federally assisted housing for single, married or related couples 62 years or older.
Residents must qualify under the income limits set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the occupancy policy established by the sponsor.
Monthly rent is based upon the resident's income in the formula specified by HUD. Cable and telephone charges are the responsibility of the resident.

Nine recently converted apartments are designed for physically challenged and wheelchair accessible clientele and two have been equipped to assist the hearing and visually impaired.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.
For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
