96 one-bedroom apartments available for one or two people two-bedroom apartments available for two to four people

14 units are specially designed for the mobility impaired and 7 units for the hearing impaired

24-hour answering service for maintenance emergencies

Participate with York College Nursing Program to provide health education to the residents
