Some federally subsidized (Section 8 approved) apartments are available for those who qualify under the income limits set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the occupancy policy established by the sponsor. Monthly rent is based upon the resident's income in a formula specified by HUD. Non-subsidized apartments are rented at market rate to seniors 62 and over, most of whom are at 80% of median income or less. The complex is an 18-Story High Rise building comprising of 288 units. All utilities are included. Pets are allowed, dogs up to 25 lbs
