In 2012, condominium fees currently range between $410 and $437 per month for one-bedroom units, between $535 and $556 for two-bedroom units, and between $637 and $645 for three-bedroom/deluxe two-bedroom units.
Condominium fees usually increase in January of each year.
Water and sewer costs are included in the condo fees, and electricity is billed separately to each unit by PEPCO.

On a day-to-day basis, Chelsea Tower is managed by a professional management company, and has a full-time, on-site manager and maintenance technician.
A front desk located in the Lobby is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Entry into the building is controlled, and an entry system in the Lobby allows residents to open the Lobby doors to visitors from their units.
