There are two floor plans from which to choose, including spacious one bedroom, and two bedroom apartment homes for rent. for the best in independent living. When youre not at home, youll want to head over to our community room and mix with other residents in our lobby for coffee hour or to enjoy activities and events with other residents or with friends.
Center Place offers all its residents excellent accommodations, a professional on site staff available 24 hours a day, 24 hour maintenance response and a great place to call home.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
