The rent is subsidized by the government for those who qualify.

The residents of Village Oaks choose from a variety of one bedroom floor plans.
They have layouts to accommodate barrier-free apartments, roll-in showers and audio and visual apartments for the hearing impaired.
The community has just been completely renovated and now includes a Computer Lab, Fitness Center and remodeled Community Room.
Other features of the community include a Doctor's Office and Lobby's in both buildings.
The renovated apartments comes with upgrade marble counter tops, mahogany cabinets, faux wood flooring, bath vanity and new appliances, including microwave.
