They could be a lot better, but they could also be a lot worse. Depends on what side of the hill you live on really. If you go to the top of the hill and go left, then you’ll be fine, but if you go to the right, you’re gonna have problems. (Drugs, thugs, break-ins, etc.)

Yes, but only with a note from your doctor stating that you have a disorder/disease such as depression and you need an animal to act as a companion/service animal
