We are a rental apartment community designed to serve those persons 62 or older with 4 units set aside for those persons 18 and older that are physically (mobility) disabled and require the accessible design features of the unit. the amount of rent paid by an eligible resident will be determined by the amount of his or her income. All utilities except telephone and cable t.v. are furnished. The income limits are 23,650.00 for an individual and 27,000 for 2 persons. We are 100% smoke free.
