No. The maintenance team does not fix anything. The leasing agents are rude. They are doung some do called remodeling but not fixing anything. Just patching up old problems. These apartments have a bad problem with mold and mildew and sewage backup. The ventilation system needs to be totally revamped.

No. The electrical meters needs to be updated and energy efficient. Ga Power said so themselves. Power bills are through the roof
