St. Mark's Towers offers self-sufficient living options for seniors and couples age 62 and above. Our two six-story towers include a total of 150 one-bedroom residential apartment homes with panoramic views of the Marshes of Glynn. Our deep commitment is to provide more than a place to live. We offer an enriching lifestyle that helps create an all-important sense of place, of belonging, and community. Our location is very convenient to doctor offices, hospital, shopping and restaurants. Based on eligibility criteria, the low monthly rent is subsidized by US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and utilities are included.
St. Mark's Towers was incorporated December 1977. The original North Tower was completed in April, 1982, and the South Tower opened 10 years later in 1992. Renovations to both towers were completed in 2009.
Eligibility Criteria
Rent for St. Mark's Towers is income-based. Our residents pay rent, including water and power, of only 30% of their income (elected utilities such as telephone and cable are additional).

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
