OUR APARTMENTS ARE ACCESSIBLE! (limited accessibility for Oakridge Townhouses): No stairs, steps or curbs, ground floor units only, roll in showers, lowered cabinets and countertops, lowered handles and switches, etc.
Eligibility is based on income and disability. Please see the application for definitions. An applicant can qualify for Oakridge Townhouses if he or she is 62 or older, and that property has a different application.
Tenants pay about 30% of their household income in rent. Trash, pest control and water services are included. Tenants are responsible for electricity and/or gas, any cable, telephone or internet services.
This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.
For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
