Under this program, U.S. HUD provides rental subsidies to tenants 62 years of age or older who are income eligible. Residents pay approximately 30 percent of their adjusted income, calculated in accordance with U.S. HUD regulations, while U.S. HUD pays the remaining portion of the established contract rent. The Waiting List for this program is currently closed until further notice. The Rebecca Towers South Resident Council was established in 2000.
