If you want to live around drug activity which goes on with people from atleast 5 units in this complex and management turns a blind eye then go ahead an apply for an apartment. If you dont want to be around that then I recomend looking else where.Iv lived here going on 11years and Im trying to find something else due to sence 2014 this place went down hill.

I live in the complex and they allow some pets besides dogs and cats but if its a service dog or cat they will allow it if you have the paper work showing its a service animal. Also its not the best place due to there moving in not so good people involved in drugs.I have no where else to go right now nore can I afford anything right now other then what I have and no its not the best place to live. Also theres a 4year waiting list.Iv been in this complex since june 2008 and its march 2018.I dont recomend it right off hand. You also got to have 2 people to move into an apartment but if 2 people move in and in say 2 months 1 wants to move out the other one can stay.

No I dont recommend living here due to I live here and I see illegal crap as far as drugs being done and sold in the parking lot, also people having illegal tenits in there apartment. This place is basically went down hill sence gmf/global ministries bought it.The founder of gmf is a lier him self.Management says there hands are tied on trying to evicte people that do illegal crap and hcso says there hands are tied and they cant do anything. Its hud housing/apartments and yes in 2008 it was a nice naboirhood but 2015 it started going down hill.If I had the money Id move out of this shit hole but it wouldnt be in an apartment complex of any type and sure as heck wouldnt be in a hud type of house house because I refuse to live around worser bull shit then this.My recomendations is to look in another place besides here but its up to you to see for your self. They wont alowe just one person to move into an apartment by there self its got to be either 2 adults or an adult and children
