no and here is a list of the reasons why I wouldn't. 1)She want's you to bring in a blank money order or a blank check for your rent so that way she can spend it on what she wants. 2)If you are married and move in there she will not put your wife's name on your lease at all so that way if anything happens she can not only put your wife out but she can also put you out as well. 3)She doesn't want to fix anything that you turn into her to be fixed in your apartment. 4)She also keeps a eye on every move that you make in or around the property. 5)She has turned down the heat on the dryers as well so that way you have to spend any where from $10-$20 just in trying to get your clothes dried because she sticks the money in her pocket. 6)She also doesn't charge you 30% of your income she charges you what she wants to charge. 7)People that live there are always in your business wanting to know everything just like her as well. 8)You have to be careful on if you get packages because she will also take them if it is something that she can use or sell. 10)When she is given money to fix something in the building instead of fixing what needs to be fixed she is to worry about going to gamble the money away. 11)If she see's you going to a males apartment and your a female she will say something just like if you are a male and you go to a females apartment. 12) She has drugs coming in and out of there and does nothing about it and the guards that she has working there are also useless because they don't do there jobs either. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to move there unless you want to live in jail because thats the way it is there.
