I think so I had to wait 2years.

No. This place is not smoking free facility. Drugs trade here. Parking lots are always full. Alot of people here litter on grass. You will be evicted if your guest stayed over 15 days. Kids here are not unattended. Property Manager Anderson is unprofessional and rude.
