Pets are allowed. There is a deposit, so much down when you move in, then you can do payments added onto rent.

No, there are so many things wrong with it we're about to start a class action lawsuit because they can't even keep the elevators working, they break down weekly, you miss doctor's appointments, the ambulance can't get up here to save your life.

Basic utilities yes. They have window AC's which are $5/mo and the cable costs somewhere around $25/mo
