They definitely don't clean apartments before you move in. There was enough nicotine on the ceiling in the bathroom to damage 10 people. Every door in the house is painted brown to cover up all nicotine. Not to mention the paint job. My 5 year old grandson could have painted better. It says no smoking on the front door. There is no way HUD approved this disaster. It is pitiful. I have lived in public housing for 30 years and never seen anything this bad. I have been here almost 1 month and still no mailbox key. At this point I am going to the post office and ask them to hold my mail so I can pick it up. How does 1 maintenance man do ninety apartments?
