The second Wednesday of every month the residents take part in a Potluck dinner, Coffee time is daily at 1:00 p.m. Cards are every evening at 5:30 p.m. with the exception of Tuesday where the residents play Bingo at 6:00 p.m. Healthforce of Indiana also perform blood pressure checks and blood sugar checks every 1st & 3rd Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. In the spring many residents assist in the planting of flowers around the outside of the building and in December Bradley Residential Management puts on a Christmas celebration for the residents. Martin's Supermarket and Older Adult Services provide one free round trip per week, Monday-Friday to Martin's to do grocery shopping.

Neidlinger Garden Court is located on Berkley Street, mile Northeast Jefferson Street, in Plymouth. Martin's Supermarket is just across the street from Neidlinger Garden Court. The public library, post office and People's Drug Store are located just 2 miles into town. Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center is also conveniently located approximately 4 miles from the apartments. A few other useful stores located in Plymouth are Kroger's, CVS, Walgreen's, K-Mart and Wal-Mart, and many other shops along the way.
The property is located on the North side of Berkley Street directly across from The Hurford House Apartments in Plymouth.

You must fill out a rental application packet, which includes: an application, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Applicant must meet income guidelines and rental criteria.
