One and two bedroom apartments for seniors 62 years of age or better with wall mounted heat and air for all year round comfort, kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator and garbage disposal, hardwearing carpet, vinyl, window coverings and private balcony/patio plus pets upto 20lbs are welcome with a small pet deposit, no pet rent. Onsite amenities include indoor mailboxes, no more trips outside to collect your mail in the freezing winter months, coin operated laundry facility, community room where we hold regular events such as birthday parties, live entertainment, pot luck dinners, coffee mornings, card games and more, beauty shop and BBQ grills for those summer cookouts with family and friends. All this is backed up by the Key Management resident experience which includes onsite management and maintenance onsite Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm and emergency maintenance on call 24/7.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
