Yes for the most part, the parking lot needs lighting. You should lock your door at night obviously. One thing is keep things secure, don't leave valuables in your car where visible things like that.

Yes emotional and service animals are allowed also you pay a pet deposit in order to have other pets; with a deposit up to two animals per unit I believe but I don't have the documents in a readable format in front of me. Most of us have dogs and cats, One lady had a bird. I think someone has fish.

I believe its six months to two years but that is pretty much all low income places in town. You must have a disability or be a senior to live here. Units come up regularly. However, if you need a unit for wheelchairs, good luck, those barely come up.

They are funded by HUD so those rules apply. Drug or violence sex offense, that kind of thing you are out. Pretty much any felony I know of is not allowed.

If you are disabled or a senior maybe. Thing is I see a lot of neighbor on neighbor bullying. if you are disabled and younger you will notice this especially if you are outgoing and yet need help more than the average person. Or if you are not of local societal norms.
