I lived there for 10 years. We had our front window broken by rocks. We had our back window shot out by BB guns. We had someone shoot a gun right outside our door. So with a lot of caution I would rent the apartment there. There's also a lot of roaches mice spiders and other critters on the property. I have seen a snake crawl in a apartment through a closed front door. There have been snakes on the property. The maintenance men can be nice and can be mean. It depends on how they are feeling about you and your apartment. There's been cars get their windows broken.
