Our United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 202 / Section 8 community, located in East Plano and has 129 one bedroom and efficiency apartments,  a lovely community room and kitchen.

New additions include a library, living room and  centers for:

• fitness

Plano Community Homes East Campus apartments are designed to serve:

1) persons 62 years of age or older

2) persons 18 years of age or older who have a mobility impairment and who require the features of our accessible units which are wheel chair accessible and have barrier free showers.  

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
