Seven of the buildings consists of four, cottage-style apartments; while two buildings are long, side-by-side apartments; and the tenth building houses a laundry, community room, managers office/apartment, and a lovely patio for residents and visitors to enjoy.

This community is for residents who are a minimum of 62 years of age, or who are mobility impaired as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
