Safe? Well the lady in charge doesn’t really care what happens around the apartments. Last time we saw a man trying to break into cars, and we reported it with the manager her name is Jamie and she simply said “if you don’t like it, leave”. I wouldn’t say it’s the safest place. Family friendly either, she’ll kick out whoever is there after 8pm.
