Sixty (60) unit Senior Development that is regulated by HUD under the Section 202/8 Program and California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC).  This development is comprised of sixty (60) one bedroom units.
The head of household must be the age of 62 years or older, except that 10 percent or six (6) units can be housed by handicap/disabled households with the head of household over the age of 18 years.

Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program
Occupancy in Section 202 housing is open to any very low-income household comprised of at least one person who is at least 62 years old at the time of initial occupancy.
