Del Mar IV Apartments is a 6-unit low-income apartment community located just a short distance away from the 710 freeway in the city of Long Beach with nearby shops, restaurants and public transportation. We have professionally landscaped grounds and each apartment includes air conditioning/heating, a laundry washer/dryer and a full kitchen with a stove.
Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 18 years-old at time application is submitted. Household income must not exceed 80% of the area median income. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.
For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
