Each apartment includes air conditioning/heating and a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.
Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 18 years-old and diagnosed with a chronic mental impairment at time application is submitted. The applicant must also be homeless or at risk of homelessness. Household income must not exceed the 35% annual income limit. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.
For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
