Redwood Cove Senior Apartments is a 39-unit HUD-subsidized independent-living complex for seniors age 62 or older who meet low-income qualifications.
The apartments are owned by Redwood Cove Senior Apartments and managed by the Del Norte Senior Center, both of which are 501(c)(3) private non-profit organizations.
Our focus is on services to seniors and not on profit for property owners or shareholders.  Our staff is dedicated to providing courteous, personal service to each and every tenant. Our small size allows for a personal touch not found in larger complexes.
Redwood Cove is the only senior independent living facility in Del Norte County with a Service Coordinator on staff.  The Service Coordinator's role is to link residents to local supportive social, medical and transportation services.
Redwood Cove is located just minutes away from hospital and medical facilities, grocery shopping and downtown Crescent City. The area's many beautiful beaches, parks and redwood forests are just a short drive away.

Each of our 39 apartments includes:
    540 square feet.
    One bedroom, one bathroom.
    Open living/kitchen area.
    Wall-to-wall carpet in living room and bedroom.
    Personal emergency pull-cords.
    Some hearing-impaired accessible units.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
