Beautiful building, well planned. Not for families. Safe for seniors, horrendous inspections to MAKE SURE YOUR DAMNED CORDS ARE HANGING ON THE GROUND! All about the physical building, no love or caring for each other.

Not unless you're desperate. Favoritism, silly games, tattling. Cameras up and down the halls. Rules get tightened so no more gardening, no more recycling, nice furniture got sold and rug taken up in front room so sound bounces all over. Last minute notice to comer in unit. Mgr lets the guys do anything. HUD only requires high school.
