Anaheim Memorial Manor is a subsidized housing community for seniors age 62+, and those 18+ with disabilities. The term "subsidized housing" means that the rent is based on income and assets. A resident of the community pays approximately 30% of their income and assets as rent.
Anaheim Memorial Manor is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with eight apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (available to those over the age of 18).
Our community is across the street from City Hall and the Senior Center. Various shops, a park, a post office, banks, churches, restaurants, a library, and a supermarket are all within walking distance. Medical facilities are just a few minutes away, along with Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, the Anaheim Pond, Angels Stadium, and many other southern California tourist attractions.
A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents personal needs. Our residents actively participate in RHFs Project H.A.N.D.S.
