Andover Housing Authority offers affordable housing options to families , seniors and disabled residents that qualify. Assistance is provided through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. Currently Family Housing is located on Memorial Circle and consists of 56 two, three and four bedroom townhouses ans Senior and Disabled Housing consists of 218 one bedroom apartments located at four sites. There may be a waiting list for these programs and rentals.
