This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.
Eligibility and maximum income restrictions apply. Rental Assistance may be available. Inquire with the manager as to income limits, current rental rates and information regarding the subsidy programs at this property.
Tower on 19th is an affordable senior community comprised of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. The property serves lower income households. Mortgage financing was provided by HUD and Prudential Mortgage Capital. Tax-exempt bonds were purchased by Citi Community Capital. Low Income Housing Tax Credits were acquired by Union Bank.
Section 8 units are available for qualified households. For more information, or if you are interested in becoming a resident, please email info@reinercommunities.com or call (949) 642-9941.
