The Blue Ridge Housing Network Inc., is a non-profit organization working to provide decent, affordable housing to those residing in the Shenandoah Valley area. They provide pre-purchase counseling, a home-ownership down payment assistance program, homeownership education classes, and loss prevention and foreclosure prevention counseling.
