Are these apartments safe? Family Friendly?

They should be... A lot of people using hard core drugs to the point where you can not escape seeing the activity here. Alot of people not on the lease living here that cause problems for others. The playground is dangerous and has not been fixed yet. Also a lot of work needs to be done to the apartments, a lot of them are falling apart. Especially the bathrooms. Apartments need to fixed up for suitable living..

Do you know if there is a waiting list?
Do you accept felons at this location?
Would you recommend someone move here?

If you have PTSD or any form of pretty serious mental illness I definitely do not recommend it. Alot of complaints are not looked at and a lot of tents tend to suffer because of it.

Are utilities included in the price?

Heat is included but there are yearly complaints because the heat is not turned on at the appropriate time, it's turned on in October even though people are calling because there cold and sick. Also the heat system is very outdated and tend to not work properly.
