This complex is primarily a family housing community however it has one building of 116 rentals for senior/disabled persons. This property is located on Fidelis Way off of Washington Street and is close to local shopping and healthcare. The complex offers a Community Center, Three Garden Areas and benches throughout the property. These rentals are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD.
