Cumberland Neighborhood Housing Services is a private non-profit organization directed by a volunteer Board of Directors intent on improving the community. They offer programs that result in grant funds provided to help defer closing costs, if qualified.  The program assists in creating new, responsible homeowners.  They also administer a home repair program that conducts repairs to owner occupied dwellings at no cost, if qualified.
