Delaware State Housing Authority Apartment Details

The Delaware State Housing Authority was created in 1968 to provide, and assist others to provide, quality, affordable housing opportunities and appropriate supportive services to responsible low and moderate-income Delawareans. Housing assistance is provided through the management of Low Rent Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. There may be a waiting list for these programs and rentals. If you are in need of assistance please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance and rentals and their application procedures.
