The Doe Fund works to develop cost-effect programs to break the cycle of homelessness by helping homeless and formerly incarcerated individuals achieve permanent self-sufficiency. One facet of this outreach includes  a low-income housing development in the Bronx which caters to those individuals earning less than 60% of median income. Sixty units are available, but the Doe Fund should be contacted directly for more information on amenities and eligibility.
