East Peoria Housing Authority Apartment Details

East Peoria Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of the areas Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. This program is income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers and at times the list may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and the size of and length of wait on the list. If you are in need of housing assistance in the area please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of vouchers, the status of any waiting lists and their application procedures. Their office is available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm to assist you. They are located inside  East Peoria City Hall
