Park West apartments are not family friendly, owner is a thief. My daughter lives there and he has taken her rent and put it in his own pocket and then threatens her every week with eviction. She has sold her kid's toys and her own stuff to make money to pay what he is asking for. He takes the money order, cashes it and put the money in his pocket. Thank God he is now being investigated for fraud and embezzlement. This man is awful and his father is just as bad for allowing it to happen. This wasn't just done to my daughter it happened to several folks that lived there, he kicked them out with kids rather than try to work with them. I thought that low income was just that low income folks that have little to no money. I don't understand why the contracts have a clause in them that says that they can't get any outside help. When you have individuals that have no money no job how do you expect them to pay their rent? It seems to me that if they can get a little help from a family member that can give a little help. When you have someone like Ross at Park West Apartments who steel from folk and then continues to threaten eviction if he doesn't get what he wants. I don't understand how the these places get government money and you have this kind of action going on.
