Greensboro NC Housing Authority Apartment Details

Greensboro Housing Authority offers housing assistance to Low Income residents through the managements of Low Rent Public Housing Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. Currently they oversee over 2000 Public Housing Apartments in 17 communities and over 2600 Vouchers. They also have three communities for seniors with limited incomes that are at least 50 years of age. These programs and rentals are income based and eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for these programs.
