Holland Hall is a 101 unit Elderly public housing development, comprised of 74 efficiencies and 27 one-bedroom units, located at 555 East 1st Avenue, Hialeah, Florida. Mrs. Evelyn F. Holland was a former Commissioner on the HHA's first Board. She later server as Chairman. Her fellow Commissioners named the project Evelyn F. Holland Hall in her honor. Mrs. Holland was best known in the Hialeah area as the person responsible for the establishment of the Hialeah Housing Authority and the construction of low cost housing for Senior Citizens. The construction of "Holland Hall" was completed in May of 1973.
