Korean Community Development Services Center (KCDSC) is a nonprofit organization located in the Olney neighborhood of Philadelphia. They assist with low-income housing in the area. Through their partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), they acquired, renovated, and sold houses. Through many of these mixed-use projects, KCDSC is proud to have invested in the Olney community by creating affordable rental housing opportunities while simultaneously expanding their operations by using the ground floor commercial space located in these properties.
