Located at 222-248 Park Terrace in Hartford's Frog Hollow neighborhood, this development consists of 7 six family contiguous "Perfect Sixes" converted into 14 one bedroom and 28 two bedroom flats. Although many of the properties surrounding the development deteriorated during the economic down turn in the 1990's, Park Terrace is a testament to the power of resident involvement.
